At the edge of Mougins' old village, Bohème operates on a simple conviction: cook day by day, letting the whims of nature and the quality of its produce guide the way. The restaurant describes its approach as a desire to join ethics with pleasure, in full transparency with the local terroir. This is modern cuisine that draws on the heritage of the land and the values of its team, aiming to turn a meal into an enlivening experience – a philosophy that has earned the restaurant a Michelin recommendation.

The setting itself is a haven of peace. In summer, guests dine among gardens and fountains; in winter, the interior offers a warm, intimate cocoon with a salon and an authentic cigar lounge for those who appreciate a digestif in quiet company. The space was transformed by interior designer Chloé Genter, who brought in noble materials and textures, with wood dominating to create a cozy, comforting atmosphere that opens visually toward the Mediterranean and the Prealps.

The kitchen is led by a chef from the French Riviera who honed his technique in the reference establishments of the Cannes basin. His love for the terroir and precise seasoning puts the product at the centre of every plate. A pastry chef from the Lyon region, trained in great Michelin-starred houses, adds a final touch of indulgence. Together with a globe-trotting chef who has settled in Mougins, they bring a seasonal, creative and savoury cuisine with a fusion accent – one that aims to take diners on a journey without a ticket.
