The story
Just ten minutes from the Croisette in Cannes, La Villa Archange occupies a restored 18th-century Provencal bastide set within 5,000 square metres of wooded grounds. The building, carefully renovated with respect for its history, offers an atmosphere that is both authentic and convivial – a warm, refined private mansion where guests gather for intimate dinners, family meals, or business lunches. When the weather permits, the interior courtyard becomes a leafy extension of the dining room.
At the helm is chef Bruno Oger, whose cooking has earned two Michelin stars. His modern cuisine is built on creativity and inspiration, drawing from the finest seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is a member of Relais & Châteaux and Les Grandes Tables du Monde, further testament to its standing. Oger’s approach is one of signature dishes that change with the seasons, always respecting the rhythm of nature.
La Villa Archange’s two Michelin stars are a mark of its excellence, but the restaurant also holds two Ecotable macarons for its commitment to sustainable practices. The kitchen prioritises organic and local produce, composts green waste, and works with a nearby organic market gardener. This dual focus – on culinary artistry and environmental responsibility – defines the modern cuisine experience at Villa Archange. Whether in the elegantly appointed dining room or the sun-dappled courtyard, guests encounter a cuisine that is both refined and grounded.
