The story
At L'Angle in Laguépie, the menu changes every day. Chef Arnaud explains why: quality and freshness come first. By adapting his offering to what is in season, he guarantees authentic flavours and supports local producers. The approach also reduces food waste – a responsible, ecological choice.
This commitment to fresh, seasonal cooking earned L'Angle a Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2026, recognising good quality at a good price. The short, precise carte – two starters, two mains, cheese, a dessert – lets the ingredients speak. Each visit offers a new surprise, a different expression of modern cuisine rooted in the Tarn countryside.
At lunch (Tuesday to Saturday), a two-course formula starts at €21; three courses at €27. Evenings and weekends are more elaborate, with a full four-course menu at €45. Vegetarian options are standard, and vegan is available on request. L'Angle also offers private dining, outside catering for weddings and events, and takeaway cocktail pieces.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, with outdoor seating for warmer days. A chef's table experience and private parties are possible. The tone is welcoming and unpretentious – the kind of place where the food does the talking.
