The story
Inside Hôtel Annapurna, La Table de l’Annapurna is designed as a meeting place for residents and visitors alike. Open from early morning until evening, it offers a French cuisine that stays true to classic techniques and the generous gestures of the dining room. The restaurant has earned a Michelin Recommended distinction for its consistent, welcoming approach.
The day begins at 7:30 with a generous breakfast overlooking the Courchevel peaks. Guests choose between a buffet and à la carte options: organic eggs prepared any style, house-made pancakes and crêpes, comforting porridge, energy bowls, or refined toasts with smoked trout, cottage cheese, or eggs Benedict. Savory lovers find Savoyard sausages, grilled pork breast, or tender poultry, while sweet treats round out the alpine start.
At lunch and dinner, the kitchen focuses on a cuisine of tradition, built around seasonal vegetables, sustainably raised fish, carefully selected meats, and mountain cheeses. The cooking is precise, the sauces sophisticated. Tableside flambés and carving continue the legacy of grand French dining. In good weather, the terrace sits at the foot of the pistes, offering a direct view of the slopes. Evenings draw guests inside for a more intimate setting.
Pastry chef Téophane Faucher creates daily classics: crêpe Suzette, Chartreuse soufflé, and tarts. His flan pâtissier has become the house signature in just two seasons – a simple, perfect expression of French pâtisserie.
