The story
In the village of Apremont, just minutes from Chantilly and Senlis, Auberge La Grange aux Loups has entered a new era. Patricia and Antoine Weyland took the reins of this character-filled house in late 2024, bringing a contemporary, elegant atmosphere that feels both refined and warmly inviting. The restaurant’s recent Michelin recommendation reflects the quiet confidence of this new direction.
In the kitchen, Chef Antoine Weyland crafts a personal, sincere vision of modern cuisine. His cooking is grounded in respect for fresh, seasonal ingredients, drawing on local producers and a deep commitment to artisanal craftsmanship. The result is food that balances tradition with subtle modernity—plates that let the flavours of the terroir speak with clarity and finesse.
The dining experience is completed by sommelier Stéphane Leick’s thoughtfully curated wine list. His selection balances classic references with lesser-known discoveries, each bottle chosen not to impress at first glance, but to reveal the chef’s dishes with genuine emotion.
The team at La Grange aux Loups describe their philosophy simply: to receive with sincerity, cook with passion, and share with generosity. Guests can choose from several menus—including a six-service dégustation—with gift cards also available for those who want to offer the experience. For larger groups, the restaurant can be privatised for events starting at 30 guests, with custom menus and dedicated service.
With its quiet location, polished interior, and sincere approach to modern gastronomy, this Auberge is a place that rewards a detour. Here, the focus is on what matters: honest cooking, a thoughtful glass of wine, and the simple pleasure of taking time at the table.
