The story

14 Avenue, La Baule – Michelin-Recommended Seafood Restaurant on the Atlantic Coast

A Fresh Start on Avenue Pavie

14 Avenue opened in 2007 on a quiet street in La Baule. In 2021, Céline Drion took the helm, and Chef Antoine Le Moal joined a year and a half later. Their passion for quality seafood quickly earned attention. The restaurant has been recognised with a Fourchette and an Assiette in the Michelin guide, and now holds a Michelin Recommended distinction for 2026.

Respect for the Catch

The kitchen sources seafood primarily from the Breton and Vendée coasts, favouring line-caught fish. The menu changes with the catch, offering preparations that preserve the essence of the fish without alteration. Dishes such as tournedos of tuna with Cajun spices and monkfish leg with vegetables show a kitchen that values precision and flavour. This careful approach to seafood defines the entire dining experience.

An Underwater Setting

The dining room has been redesigned with an underwater-inspired theme, creating a calm, immersive atmosphere. In summer, a terrace opens for sunny meals. Whether inside or out, the focus is on conviviality and letting the quality of the seafood lead.
