The story
At La Table du Saint-Christophe, the kitchen is driven by the rhythm of the Presqu’île de Guérande and the local catch. The menu changes every week, shaped by what the land and sea provide. This is modern cuisine, entirely made in-house, that lets the ingredients speak for themselves.
The restaurant is part of the Hotel Saint-Christophe, a property of four early-1900s villas just 100 metres from the beach in La Baule. The dining room and terrace overlook a garden that has been awarded for its flowers, adding a quiet, seaside elegance to the meal.
The approach is straightforward: creative, seasonal, and local. The team works with producers from the Guérande peninsula and the nearby coast, so each visit offers something new. This commitment to quality and freshness has earned La Table du Saint-Christophe a place in the Michelin guide, a recognition that aligns with the restaurant’s focus on precise, ingredient-led cooking.
Breakfast is served each morning in the dining room, and on fine days, on the terrace. For those who prefer a slower start, it can also be brought to your room until late morning. Later in the day, the bar and tea salon offer a more casual setting.
La Table du Saint-Christophe is a restaurant that understands its place—on the edge of the Atlantic, in a town built on seaside charm—and lets that sense of place define the plate.
