The story
In the heart of the Cévennes, Likoké brings a distinctive voice to the Ardèche dining scene. Housed in a warm, minimalist village house in Les Vans, the restaurant is the work of Colombian chef Guido Niño Torres, who crafts a gastronomic cuisine that bridges his South American roots with the seasonal bounty of the region.
The atmosphere is relaxed, with attentive service and a setting that lets the food speak. Niño Torres works with local, seasonal ingredients, turning them into creative, colorful dishes. The menu changes regularly according to market arrivals, and guests can choose from several tasting experiences: a lunch menu at €59 (available on request, with seasonal restrictions), the three-course Chiquillo menu at €89, the four-course Chaparro at €115, or the full seven-course Bonche at €165, which is always available.
In 2026, Likoké earned a Michelin star, a recognition of its high-quality cooking and the chef’s confident, personal style. The restaurant also features an interesting wine list, guided by maître d’hôtel and sommelier Cyriel Huysentruyt, and offers outdoor seating and wheelchair access. For those wishing to extend the experience, the on-site Casa Cassine accommodation is available.
Likoké is a place where Colombian warmth meets Ardèche terroir – a genuinely original address in the Cévennes.
