Founded in 1987 as the village’s first wine bar, L’Envers du Décor has long been the address locals and visitors trust. In February 2017, the Perse family – owners of Château Pavie, Hôtel de Pavie and La Table de Pavie – took over, bringing their exacting standards to this beloved spot. Today it holds a Michelin Recommended distinction, a nod to its consistent quality and warm hospitality.

Market cuisine in an unusual setting

The kitchen follows the rhythm of the seasons with a “cuisine du marché” approach – fresh, ingredient-led dishes that change daily. The dining room and bar are complemented by a shaded garden terrace set against the walls of the Collegiate Church.
