The story
In Lille, at 2 place Massenet, Saisons - Cave à Manger is the expression of a friendship born in a professional kitchen. Chefs Antoine and Pierre, both Lillois and self-described jokesters, met in 2017 while cooking. What began as a joking idea to go into business together became this welcoming restaurant. Their shared passion for cooking and the values of “bien manger” — eating well — are at the heart of everything they do.
Here, the cuisine changes with the calendar. The menu is built around seasonal produce sourced from local farms and producers who cultivate and raise their ingredients responsibly. This commitment to fresh, local ingredients and thoughtful preparation has earned the restaurant a Recommended status from the Michelin Guide. It is a quiet recognition of the precision and care that Antoine and Pierre bring to their modern cuisine.
The restaurant serves lunch from Tuesday to Saturday midday, and dinner from Wednesday to Saturday evening. Guests are encouraged to note any dietary restrictions or convictions when booking, so the kitchen can tailor the experience. Beyond the dining room, Saisons also offers its cooking for private events, from intimate dinners at home to professional gatherings — the team can cater for groups of up to thirty guests, bringing their seasonal cuisine to you.
