The story
La Balade des Saveurs sits on the quay of the river Sorgue, in the heart of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. The dining room is contemporary and air‑conditioned, seating sixty guests, while the shaded terrace – open in season – offers a tranquil waterside escape. Sophie Fabre oversees the decoration, blending modern touches with understated charm, and also manages the dining room with a young, energetic team.
Chef Benjamin Fabre leads a kitchen rooted in French tradition, where quality and freshness come first. The menu changes frequently, following the rhythms of the local market and the seasons. Guests can choose from several set menus – the Sorgue, the Balades, the Saveurs, and the Plaisir – or order à la carte. The restaurant also serves breakfast and offers takeaway.
Michelin has awarded La Balade des Saveurs its Recommended status, a nod to the consistency and care of the cooking. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, and during the summer season (30 March to 30 September) it operates without interruption. Private parties and wheelchair access are available.
