The story
In the vibrant Pigalle neighborhood of Paris’s 9th arrondissement, just steps from the Moulin Rouge, Adami brings a modern, seasonal approach to Italian cuisine. The restaurant’s ethos is rooted in slow gastronomy and impeccable sourcing, with a menu that shifts to reflect the rhythms of nature.
Everything at Adami is made in-house. Pasta is crafted daily, the fruit of an artisanal skill and deep respect for Italian traditions. The kitchen works with local suppliers and sources best-in-class products from Italy to build dishes that let natural ingredients shine. The result is a small, evolving menu of fresh pasta, inventive small plates, and homemade desserts.
The menu offers a mix of vegetarian and gluten-free options, alongside seafood and meat dishes. Standouts include a cacio e pepe arancino with langoustine, scallops, and tuna; stuffed pappardella alla Genovese with parmesan cream and pickled red onions; and open kale ravioli with hake brandade, lemon gelée, and fermented cabbage. Desserts range from a mascarpone cream with Cléry strawberries to a chocolate mousse with hibiscus gel and coconut crumble.
Guests can choose a seat at the bar facing the open kitchen, a table in the front room, or a spot by the window to watch the neighborhood pass by. The restaurant’s recognition by the Michelin guide, with a Recommended award for 2026, reflects the quality and sincerity of the cooking.
