The story

Ave Pizza Romana in Paris: Thin-Crust Pizzeria Recognized by Le Fooding

A polished setting for thin-crust classics

Ave Pizza Romana in Paris occupies a space designed by Mur.Mur Architectes, featuring a light grey plywood bar, white metal chairs, and bright neon lights against fine milk-white tones. This clean palette allows the colorful thin and crispy pizzas to stand out as they leave the gigantic oven.

Savory pies and rich combinations

The red-toned Super Bomba layers tomato, mozzarella, spicy spianata, 'nduja, and fresh green chilies across the dough. A purple-hued option pairs mozzarella and Gorgonzola with cooked and fresh radicchio. Orange-flushed choices include a pizza topped with squash, taleggio, and baked ham.

Sweet finishes and daily value

Desserts feature a brioche stuffed with whipped cream and caramelized hazelnuts. A weekday lunch special offers a working-class Margherita starting at eight euros. This affordable entry point balances the more elaborate toppings served for dinner.

A light grey plywood bar, white metal chairs, bright neon lights… Designed by Mur.Mur Architectes, this atmospheric pizzeria dressed in fine milk-white tones sure makes the colorful thin and crispy pizzas pop as they come out of the gigantic oven. There’s the red-toned Super Bomba (tomato, mozzarella, spicy spianata, ’nduja, fresh green chilies), the purple-hued Radicchio e Gorgonzola (mozza, Gorgonzola, cooked and fresh radicchio), or even our lunchtime orange-flushed pizza of the day, topped with squash, taleggio and baked ham. For dessert, you’ll almost certainly crack for the brioche stuffed with whipped cream and caramelized hazelnuts! And don’t forget about their perfect weekday lunch special: a very working-class version of the Margherita pizza, starting at just eight bucks. // J.G.
