The story

Brach Paris – Michelin-Recommended Mediterranean & Modern French in Paris 16th

A Mediterranean address in the 16th arrondissement

Brach Paris sits between the Trocadéro and the Bois de Boulogne, a restaurant that feels like a natural extension of the neighbourhood’s quiet elegance. The space, designed by Philippe Starck, is a study in warm tones and natural textures—leather, marble, wood—with an open kitchen that brings the cooking into the room. It is a place that has earned a Michelin Recommended distinction, and it’s easy to see why.

Chef Adam Bentalha and his sunlit cooking

At the stove is Adam Bentalha, a chef whose Mediterranean cuisine is direct, generous and precise. “I don’t know if this is today’s cuisine, nor tomorrow’s—it’s just the cuisine I want to make right now,” he says. His cooking draws on the flavours of the south: olive oils, zaatar, citrus, grilled vegetables, rare herbs. The result is food that feels both instinctive and refined, rooted in the Mediterranean basin but entirely his own.

From breakfast to late-night cocktails

Brach Paris offers several distinct experiences under one roof. The ground-floor restaurant serves breakfast through dinner, with a menu that changes tempo as the day unfolds. Upstairs, the Terrasse du 1er opens in the evening for Greek-inspired mezzés and drinks under the Kalios colours. On the rooftop, Villa Minuty offers panoramic views of the Eiffel Tower, a suspended garden where cocktails are served until late. The bar itself is a destination, with signatures like the Verbena Spritz and the Caprese, built from fresh juices and house-made syrups.

A Sunday brunch that draws a crowd

Every Sunday, the restaurant transforms into one of Paris’s most talked-about brunches. The spread includes hummus with caviar lemon, zaatar-spiced lamb shoulder, herb focaccias, and rare olive oils, alongside fine pastries and fresh juices. It is generous, lively, and unmistakably Mediterranean.

Pastry by Fabien Emery

Pastry chef Fabien Emery rounds out the offering with flans, tarts, éclairs, and individual cakes that shift with the seasons. His creations are available to eat in or take away, and can be ordered on request for special occasions.

Brach Paris is a place where the day stretches out—from morning coffee to a nightcap on the roof—and where the cooking stays honest, bright, and true to its influences.
