The story
Divellec has long been a destination for seafood lovers in Paris. Located at 18 rue Fabert in the 7th arrondissement, the restaurant earned a Michelin star for its high-quality cooking. The kitchen focuses on the finest catches from the sea, prepared with precision and respect for the ingredients.
The restaurant is currently undergoing a transformation. The team is reimagining the space with a more contemporary, free, and audacious vision, true to their constant desire to renew the experience. The reopening is scheduled for September 2026.
In the meantime, the team welcomes diners at the gardens of restaurant Apicius, where lunch and dinner are served in an elegant and warm setting. Divellec thanks its loyal guests for their patience and fidelity.
