The story
On the Seine, the Don Juan II offers a rare combination: a luxury yacht and a table worthy of a Michelin star. Since 2022, this floating restaurant has held one star from the Michelin Guide, making it the world’s only dinner cruise with such an accolade. The setting is an Art Deco-inspired space of wood paneling, brass, and intimate seating, where the city’s landmarks—the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame—glide past the windows during a 2.5-hour journey.
The kitchen is led by Frédéric Anton, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France and triple Michelin-starred chef, named Chef of the Year 2025 by Gault&Millau. On the Don Juan II, his cooking is precise and graphic, built on exceptional seasonal produce. The menu changes with the harvest, but signature dishes include a langoustine ravioli with Parmesan and fine gold jelly, and a warm chocolate soufflé with pistachio ice cream. Each plate is an ode to French gastronomy, presented with clean lines and bold textures.
Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday, with a single evening seating. The experience begins as the yacht departs from Port Debilly, weaving past illuminated monuments. A curated wine list complements the meal, and the open terrace invites guests to enjoy a glass of champagne as the City of Light sparkles. Whether for a romantic evening or a private celebration, the Don Juan II delivers a singular vision of modern Parisian fine dining.
