The story
On the rue de Saint-Simon, in one of Paris's most iconic quarters, Gaya par Pierre Gagnaire serves what it calls "cuisine de bords de mer" – seafood cooking that draws its spirit from the coast. The dining room is a serene and elegant setting for dishes prepared with the precision and creativity of Pierre Gagnaire.
The restaurant's Michelin star, awarded for high-quality cooking, speaks to the kitchen's consistency and finesse. Gaya is a place where the focus stays on the product, the sea, and the pleasure of a well-composed meal.
Gaya offers two private salons, accommodating from six to sixteen guests, and the entire venue can be privatised for larger events. With sixty seats indoors and capacity for eighty for a cocktail dinner, it suits both intimate gatherings and celebrations. A complimentary valet service adds to the ease of the experience.
The menu changes with the seasons and the market, always anchored in the sea. While the exact dishes vary, the philosophy remains constant: respect for the ingredient, clarity of flavour, and the understated elegance that defines Gaya's modern cuisine.
