L'Attilio

Chef Attilio Marrazzo's two-act restaurant on rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré: a convivial bistro and a gastronomic dining room weaving French and Italian traditions.

The story

L'Attilio Paris – Chef Attilio Marrazzo's French-Italian Fine Dining in the 8th Arrondissement

L'Attilio Paris

On rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré, Chef Attilio Marrazzo runs a restaurant that tells two stories at once. There is the bistro — warm, spontaneous, rooted in the generosity of Italian trattorias — and the gastronomic dining room, where a tasting menu in five, seven or nine courses unfolds with precision. Both are expressions of the same vision: a cuisine that marries the rigor of French technique with the soul of Italian tradition.

Marrazzo’s path to Paris began in Italy, where he trained under Sergio Mei at the Four Seasons in Milan. His move to France brought him into the kitchens of Joël Robuchon, the George V with Éric Briffard, and a double star at Chez Jean and Atelier Robuchon. At L’Attilio, he reaches a new stage: a restaurant that the Michelin guide has recognized for its quality, recommending it to diners seeking a genuinely personal take on modern French and Italian cuisine.

The bistro menu changes with the season. In spring, dishes like aubergine alla parmigiana, burrata from Puglia, and spaghetti allo scarpariello bring brightness to the table. The gastronomic side is more composed: a risotto Pescatora that recalls Marrazzo’s childhood, caille farcie au foie gras and morilles with vin jaune d’Arbois, and desserts in trompe-l’œil by pastry chef Kenta Tsukiji. The wine cellar, curated by the chef and his sommelier, pairs classic grand crus with rare finds.

L’Attilio is open Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner, and Saturday evenings. It is a restaurant where the chef’s dual heritage — Italian by birth, French by training — is not a gimmick but the foundation of every dish.
