The story
Since 2024, Le Jules Verne has held two Michelin stars, a recognition that crowns the dedication of chef Frédéric Anton and his teams. Anton, named Cuisinier de l’Année 2025 by Gault&Millau, leads a kitchen that balances creativity and precision in every plate. The restaurant’s modern cuisine draws on classic French techniques while embracing bold, contemporary flavours – a style that has made this address a destination for fine dining in Paris.
The restaurant occupies three elegant dining rooms on the Eiffel Tower’s second floor, 125 metres above the Champ-de-Mars. Architect Aline Asmar d’Amman redesigned the space to create a conversation between culinary arts and decorative arts, with interiors that mirror the monument’s iron structure and frame the city beyond. The result is a setting that feels both intimate and monumental – a place where the view of the Trocadéro and Quai Branly becomes part of the meal.
Access is via a private elevator from the tower’s south pillar, a discreet arrival that sets the tone. Once inside, every table faces Paris, and the changing light over the Seine adds a natural rhythm to the service. The experience is built around this vantage point: a meal here is as much about the city below as it is about the plate. Jacket required for gentlemen; no shorts or sportswear.
