Le Mesturet functions as a traditional French bistro in Paris, located at 77 rue de Richelieu since 2003. Owner Alain Fontaine restored the site over a historic trading-house eatery that has operated here since 1883. Chef Régis Fève runs the kitchen with a strict homemade mandate. Every plate relies on fresh seasonal ingredients from traceable local farms. This dedication to classical technique secured the official Maître Restaurateur designation in 2012. Consistent quality and sustainable practices recently earned a 1 Radish rating from the We're Smart Green Guide for 2026.

The menu preserves carefully balanced French cooking standards. Grilled eggplant arrives layered with ripe tomatoes and fresh goat cheese, providing a bright opening before richer courses take over. Diners frequently request the old-fashioned veal blanquette, which simmers until tender and finishes alongside fragrant pilaf rice and pearl onions. House-made foie gras and prepared frog legs appear when the calendar allows. A classic Paris-Brest concludes the service.
