The story
After years of serving faithful diners at 190 rue de Courcelles, the team behind Phébé is moving to a new home. The restaurant, which earned a Michelin Recommended distinction, will reopen under a new name: Paris Bonheur. The new address is just across the street, at 10 place Maréchal Juin, and the doors open on Thursday, May 7, 2026.
At the heart of this transition is Chef Pauline, who continues to lead the kitchen. Her style remains that of a traditional French bistro—generous, straightforward, and rooted in the classics. The website describes her cooking as “cuisine gourmande de bistrot,” a promise of hearty, satisfying dishes made with care. While the name and location change, the spirit of the cooking stays the same.
The original Phébé website is no longer accepting reservations. For Paris Bonheur, bookings will be handled through its own site, bonheur.paris, or via The Fork network. The restaurant’s hours remain unchanged: closed Monday and Sunday, open Tuesday through Saturday for lunch (12:00-13:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30). The restaurant also accommodates private parties and groups, and continues to offer table service in its intimate setting.
For regulars and newcomers alike, the move marks a fresh start for a kitchen that has already earned its place on the Parisian bistro map.
