The story

Vaisseau Paris – Michelin-Starred Tasting Menus in the 11th Arrondissement

A Michelin-Starred Address in Paris

On rue Faidherbe in the 11th arrondissement, Vaisseau has earned a Michelin star for its confident, high-quality cooking. The restaurant keeps things refreshingly direct: no overblown descriptions, just a series of tasting menus with names that hint at a sense of humour.

The Menus

Lunch brings the “Quoi” menu at €60, with a matching drinks pairing at €40. Dinner offers two choices: the “N’importe quoi” (€120, pairing €80) and the more extensive “Grand n’importe quoi” (€180, pairing €100). The names – “What”, “Anything”, “Big Anything” – suggest a kitchen that values freedom and surprise over rigid formality. Each menu is a set sequence, letting the chef decide the arc of the meal.

Wine and Setting

Vaisseau’s wine list is notably interesting, with pairings designed to complement each course. The dining room is air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible, making it a comfortable space for any guest. Open for dinner Monday to Friday from 19:30, and for lunch Wednesday to Friday from 12:00.
