Success demands it: in their blue and gray-toned bistro-grocer (floral wallpaper, vintage scale, shelves stocked with preserves and chocolate), Aline, Anne-Lise, and Christelle haven't got a moment to spare for idle chatter! And even if their menu is titled "light bites", don't be fooled: lunch here is taken seriously! For us that day: the refreshing zucchini/basil/mint soup; tender stuffed eggplant filled with shredded, slow-cooked lamb, accompanied by a mesclun, beetroot, and grape salad; followed by a delicious chocolate-chestnut cake served with mascarpone cream.
