At 29, Romagné already has over a decade of experience, much of it in Michelin-starred kitchens – including two-starred Taillevent and three-starred Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée in Paris. He launched Oxalis in 2022, bringing that rigorous training to his own project.
