The modern cuisine draws inspiration from the twin regions of Normandy and Brittany. Ingredients are chosen with care from committed local producers: blue lobster from Normandy, fine oysters from the West Coast, duck foie gras, and Scottish smoked salmon from Kaviari. Each dish is built on precision and sensitivity, letting the quality of the product speak.

The menu changes regularly, reflecting what is fresh and what inspires the chefs. To accompany the meal, the wine list balances grand estates with lesser-known appellations, chosen for character and finesse. The result is a dining experience that feels both sincere and polished.

La Table de l’Ermitage is listed in the Michelin Guide 2026, a recognition of its consistent quality and its place among the region’s notable tables. It is open for dinner every evening from Monday to Sunday, and for lunch on Sundays only. The restaurant also offers a special “Carré Or” package that includes a lunch, a ticket, and a gastronomic dinner – a complete day in the bay.
