The story
At Domaine Les Crayères in Reims, Le Parc is a restaurant that embodies the elegance of French haute gastronomie without pretence. The dining room, set within a majestic 19th-century estate, feels both grand and welcoming – a place where every detail is considered but nothing feels forced.
Chef Christophe Moret leads the kitchen with a style he describes as “vivante et généreuse” – lively and generous. His Modern Cuisine draws on exceptional products, presented with precision and a warmth that makes each plate feel personal. The restaurant holds two Michelin stars, a recognition that speaks to the consistency and ambition of the cooking. Le Parc also ranks among the world’s 200 best tables on La Liste 1000 2026, a further mark of its international standing.
The wine list is a destination in itself, with more than 1,000 champagnes and a deep selection of French wines. It is curated to complement the menu’s refined flavours, whether you choose the tasting journey or a la carte. Vegetarian options are available on request, and the kitchen adapts to dietary needs with care.
Le Parc is open for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday. An elegant dress code is expected for dinner – no shorts or sandals – but the atmosphere remains relaxed and unhurried. Private dining is possible in two salons: the Salon Alexandrine for up to 16 guests and the Salon Boisé for up to 30.
In Reims, the capital of Champagne, Le Parc offers a dining experience that is both rooted in tradition and quietly contemporary. It is a place to linger, to taste, and to understand why this corner of France remains a benchmark for fine dining.
