The story
Adeline and Julien are the hearts behind Le Jardin Délice. Their story is one of two passionate souls, each having honed their craft in prestigious houses—Monaco for her, Megève and Vannes for him, and the InterContinental Geneva together. The desire to blend their skills and sensibilities became an intimate certainty, leading them to Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, where they now write their own chapter. "Welcome to Le Jardin Délice. Welcome to our home," they invite.
The restaurant’s modern cuisine is deeply rooted in Brittany. Chef Julien Gourmelen describes his cooking as a "cuisine of heart and terroir," a tribute to his native region. He draws inspiration from its shores and lands to elevate the finest local products. The result is a gastronomic experience that is colorful, generous, and passionate.
The menu evolves with the seasons, with a new menu set to debut on July 1, 2026. Guests can choose from several "Escapades Gastronomiques," including the "L'Éveil" (€49), available in a vegetarian/vegan version, and the more elaborate "L'Émotion" (€70) and "L'Absolu" (€105). A market lunch menu, "Le Marché Délice," is offered at 30€/36€ on weekdays, excluding holidays and school vacations.
The quality of this experience has been recognized by the Michelin guide, which recommends Le Jardin Délice. The restaurant also holds a toque from Gault&Millau, a testament to the couple's dedication to their craft. Open for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, and for Sunday lunch, Le Jardin Délice is a destination for those seeking a genuine taste of modern French cuisine on the Emerald Coast.
