The story
At Domaine de Rymska, a 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotel set on 80 hectares of rolling Burgundian countryside, the restaurant La Table de Rymska is a destination in its own right. Chef Jérémie Muller leads the kitchen, drawing almost entirely from the estate’s own farm. Wagyu beef, poultry, eggs, lamb, and Mangalitza pork are raised on the property, so the circuit from field to plate is very short.
The dining room is warm and inviting, with an open fireplace and a terrace bordered by aromatic herbs. A carefully curated Burgundy wine list accompanies the modern cuisine, and a bar area adds to the cosy evening atmosphere. The restaurant has earned a Michelin Recommended distinction, reflecting the quality of both ingredients and execution.
The farm is not just a source – guests are welcome to visit the livestock and stables, where Eric, the estate’s breeder, shares his passion for animal welfare. This connection between land and table defines the experience here: honest, seasonal, and rooted in place. Whether you come for a meal or stay overnight in one of the thirteen generous rooms and suites, Domaine de Rymska offers a rare sense of calm and authenticity.
