The story
At La Table de Tourrel, the dining room is on the first floor of a 17th-century mansion, reached by a majestic staircase behind a period door. Chef Thomas Cavasin draws his inspiration directly from the Provençal landscape. His menu is a story of the terroir, told through the work of Mathieu, a Camargue fisherman; Aurélien, the gardener tending the restaurant’s own vegetable patch; and the local farmers who supply the kitchen. The result is a modern cuisine that feels rooted and honest, earning a Michelin star for its precision and soul.
The wine list is a serious affair, with 1,400 labels that place a strong emphasis on the great wines of Southern France, the Rhône Valley, and Burgundy. Whether you choose a local gem or a bottle from farther afield, the pairing options are thoughtfully curated to complement the modern dishes.
The restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, with reservations taken between 19:30 and 20:30. The space is air-conditioned, offers outdoor seating, and is wheelchair accessible, making it comfortable for any occasion. Private parties can also be arranged. The atmosphere is warm and unhurried, a place where the flavours of Provence are served with quiet confidence.
