The story

Here, the spirit of the Côte d’Azur is distilled into a refined setting of shaded terraces inspired by boat sails, with the Mediterranean stretching out before you.
The kitchen, led by the chef, focuses on refined Mediterranean cuisine that is light and full of flavour. The menu highlights fresh, seasonal produce sourced from passionate local producers and, notably, from Byblos’ own permaculture garden. Just steps from the hotel, this 300-square-metre potager grows 70 varieties of fruit, vegetables, and herbs—a first for a Saint-Tropez hotel, driven by a sustainable and gourmet approach. Whether you come for lunch (served daily from 12:30 pm to 4 pm, until 5 pm in July and August) or a cocktail at the bar, the food is built on quality ingredients and coastal simplicity.
Beyond the restaurant, the beach itself is designed for comfort and style. Wide, solid-wood loungers with double headrests and woven parasols create a singular, iconic atmosphere. The beach welcomes guests daily from 10:30 am to 7 pm. For younger visitors, Byblos Beach offers eco-friendly beach toys, a non-alcoholic mocktail menu crafted by the head barman, and a children's menu with simple, flavourful dishes.
