The story
Just a short trip from Château de La Messardière, Jardin Tropezina sits directly on the sands of Pampelonne Beach in Ramatuelle, near Saint-Tropez. This beach club and restaurant, recognized by the Michelin guide, offers an effortless day by the sea with a culinary program that demands attention.
The restaurant’s menu is the work of Michelin-starred Chef Jean-François Piège. His style here is direct and sun-soaked, focusing on timeless Mediterranean dishes built from the freshest local ingredients. The kitchen turns out grilled fish and meats, a classic Niçoise Salad, Grilled Langoustine, and a Provençal-style Lamb Estouffade. Desserts lean toward the fruity and frosted, a fitting end to a meal on the coast.
The setting is designed by French luxury brand iKKim’O, with private sun loungers and parasols dotting the fine sand. Guests can spend the day reading, swimming, or simply watching the Mediterranean light change across the water. Live musicians appear at twilight, and dinner service extends the experience into the evening.
Beyond the restaurant, the property includes Vanille & Lilas, a boutique carrying iKKim’O pieces, local artisanal goods, and olive oils from Château d’Estoublon. The beach club can also be privatized for events of up to 150 guests, with the team handling decoration, music, and a tailor-made menu.
Jardin Tropezina is open daily from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with lunch service from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and dinner from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The beach does not accept online bookings.
