Chez Michèle, a Michelin-starred restaurant in the quiet village of Languimberg, near Sarrebourg, is the life’s work of Chef Bruno Poiré. The restaurant was founded in 1974 by his parents, Serge and Michèle. The name is a daily tribute to that legacy of hospitality and the drive to keep evolving. Today, Chef Poiré runs the kitchen with a philosophy rooted in generosity and honesty.
