The story
At Régent Petite France, the restaurant sits right on the edge of the Ill river. In warm months, the terrace lets you dine to the sound of water, surrounded by the half-timbered houses of the historic Petite France district. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, a natural extension of the hotel’s refined setting.
The kitchen is led by executive chef Cédric Koch, with culinary direction from Nicolas Stamm-Corby and Serge Schaal of the two-Michelin-starred La Fourchette des Ducs. Together, they create modern cuisine rooted in precision and local ingredients. The menu changes with the seasons, and the restaurant’s recognition in the Michelin guide reflects the consistency of this work.
The restaurant is open for dinner, Tuesday through Saturday. Guests can choose from an à la carte menu or a discovery menu. The bar, open daily from late afternoon, offers a more intimate setting for a drink or a light bite, with the same culinary signatures behind it.
Breakfast is served each morning with organic and local products, a selection of breads and pastries, and a few sweet and savory dishes. Gluten-free options are available on request.
For larger parties of six or more, a single menu for the whole table is preferred. The experience here is unhurried, tied to the rhythm of the river and the seasons.
