The story

Philippe and his son Esteban run this family restaurant, where they blend tradition with a modern touch. Meals are built around two “carte blanche” formats. The Initiation in five steps offers a progression through starter, fish, meat, cheese, and dessert. On weekday lunch, the Menu du Marché gives a choice of starter, main, and dessert based on the morning’s market finds. There is also a Petit Chef menu for children under twelve.
