A Family Tradition Since 1924

Deep in the Parc naturel des Vosges du Nord, on the border with Germany, the village of Niedersteinbach is home to Au Cheval Blanc. The Zinck family has run this three-star hotel and restaurant since 1924, passing down a philosophy of warmth, simplicity, and respect for Alsatian traditions. Today, chef Michel Zinck leads the kitchen, preparing dishes that reflect the landscape – forests, meadows, and the nearby vineyards.
