On the 53rd floor of the MAIN TOWER, 187 meters above Frankfurt, the MAIN TOWER Restaurant & Lounge offers a dining experience defined by its striking elevation and equally ambitious cuisine. The exclusive, modern design sets the stage for an evening of refined, internationally inspired food.
Head chef Martin Weghofer leads the kitchen with a menu that changes with the seasons. Guests choose between a five- or six-course Signature Menu, a selection of cosmopolitan creations that have earned the restaurant a Michelin star each year since 2022. The kitchen takes care to accommodate allergies and intolerances, and the recommended wine pairings draw from a list of more than 800 labels, spanning both German and international top wines.
From 9 p.m., the adjoining lounge offers a more relaxed setting. Comfortable club chairs are placed near the windows, ideal for a nightcap or a glass of champagne after the theatre. A small lounge menu is available, and the team is on hand to help select a wine from the extensive cellar.
For private celebrations, the restaurant can host up to 80 guests, combining the dramatic backdrop of the Frankfurt skyline with the restaurant’s first-class service. The space is also suited to corporate events, with professional support offered throughout the planning and execution.
The restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday. Reservations open at the beginning of each month for the following month. Concept Embodying the Frankfurt spirit, a cosmopolitan cuisine takes center stage on the 53rd floor of the Main Tower. From 9 PM, the lounge can be visited even without ordering dinner. Menu available in 5 or 6 courses with upgrade options. Cuisine Style Modern, French-rooted cuisine with Japanese influences. Chef Martin Weghofer offers aromatic dishes such as lake trout with kohlrabi, premium lobster with corn salad, or perfectly cooked sweetbreads with white Italian cured pork belly (lardo). As an additional course, the kitchen recommends Japanese Wagyu with porcini mushrooms and white truffle.
