The main course was pluma of free-range 100% Ibérico pork, followed by goat cheese pralines and Galician filloas with dulce de leche and brandy-flambéed berries.

The wine list is a personal project of Jesús, who curates exceptional Spanish bottles, often from small family bodegas. He describes his approach as intuitive, guided by nose and gut feeling. The restaurant imports and offers exclusive wines, such as a Mencía from Ribeira Sacra, a region of heroic viticulture. It is no surprise that Portomarin has earned a Michelin recommendation for its consistent excellence.
