The wine list reflects the same philosophy. The focus is on regionality, with selections from the finest producers in Württemberg, Baden, and beyond — complemented by bottles from Austria, Italy, and France. From a 2023 Chardonnay-Weissburgunder from Weingut Gerhard Aldinger to a 2015 Riesling Reserve from Weingut Rainer Schnaitmann, the list is carefully curated to match the food.

The space itself offers what the restaurant calls "Wohnzimmerflair" (living room atmosphere) and "Gaumenzirkus" (palate circus). It is relaxed, unpretentious, and precise. Whether you are there for the three-course option available Tuesday through Thursday or the full five-course experience, the focus stays on what is on the plate — and the glass.
