Now, with Elverfeld’s personal decision to bring his life’s work to a close, Aqua will serve its last service on March 20, 2026.

Until that final evening, a single eight-course menu is offered. It is dedicated entirely to the chef’s favorite products – a focused, personal statement from a cook known for transforming the ordinary into high art. Elverfeld’s style, a convincing interplay of simplicity and cleverness, earned the restaurant three Michelin stars, the highest recognition for exceptional cuisine. His modern cuisine, rooted in the Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg, has long been a destination for diners seeking refined, thoughtful plates.

The atmosphere inside Aqua reflects that same clarity: no unnecessary flourishes, just a calm space where the food speaks. Reservations are open Wednesday through Saturday from 6 pm. After March 20, 2026, this chapter closes – but the memory of those dishes, and the uncompromising vision behind them, remains.
