The story
In early 2019, a committed family business gave 67 Sigma Restaurant new momentum. Located in Székesfehérvár’s historic centre, the restaurant occupies the Hiemer-ház, a baroque and rococo landmark that blends three medieval buildings into one architectural masterpiece. The setting is relaxed urban elegance – a space where baroque frescoes and stucco meet 21st‑century comfort, including a green courtyard for warm‑weather dining.
The kitchen here is creative, modern, yet rooted in tradition. The team prioritises Hungarian producers, sourcing excellent ingredients from small local farms and their own estate in Tarnócapuszta. The result is a menu that changes with the seasons, always aiming to put the freshest, best‑quality produce on the plate. This commitment to local and honest cooking has earned 67 Sigma a Michelin Recommended distinction – a recognition that aligns with their philosophy of creating memorable, ingredient‑driven meals.
“The restaurant is our heart’s project,” the team says. Their goal is to create an experience through flavours, visuals, scents, and attentive service. Young and energetic, they constantly seek to innovate – both in ingredients and kitchen techniques – while keeping the guest’s satisfaction at the centre. The atmosphere inside the Hiemer‑ház is warm and inviting, with a private room and event space available for special occasions.
67 Sigma Restaurant is a place where modern Hungarian cuisine meets genuine hospitality in one of Székesfehérvár’s most beautiful buildings.
