The story

This architectural landmark once hosted Arthur Guinness’s wedding and recorded baptisms for playwright Seán O’Casey and revolutionary Wolfe Tone.
Head Chef Sergiu Stoica guides the culinary program alongside Sous Chef Vali Amariei, sourcing produce from regional growers to maintain steady standards. The kitchen prepares straightforward dishes that highlight local ingredients while accommodating the high volume of visitors who pass through the doors. Diners have earned the establishment a Gault & Millau score of 14.5 for 2026, a rating that acknowledges both the food quality and the coordinated floor service.
