The chef enjoys the freedom to move between Ladin tradition and Mediterranean inspiration, always with a focus on the interaction between heritage and the best seasonal ingredients. This is classic cuisine and Mediterranean cuisine, expressed through dishes that are inventive but never stray far from their local foundations.
The restaurant’s wine list is a point of pride, and the selection of wines by the glass is made possible through a Coravin system, allowing guests to explore fine bottles without committing to the full bottle. This attention to detail extends to every part of the experience.
Wine & Dine has earned a Michelin Recommended distinction, a recognition that speaks to the consistency and care of the cooking. For those staying at the hotel, a 10% discount is offered on the first two dinners at the à la carte restaurant.
