Residenza del Lago began as a careful restoration of a typical Canavese farmhouse from the late 1700s. The original architectural character was preserved: exposed brick vaults, a flower-filled inner patio, and wrought-iron balconies create a warm, intimate atmosphere. The hotel’s 11 spacious rooms continue this sensibility with period furnishings, working fireplaces, and terraces or balconies overlooking the garden.

Dining takes place in two welcoming rooms – the former stable and the original cellar – plus a bright veranda. These spaces double as a reading room and breakfast area, but at lunch and dinner they become the setting for the restaurant’s refined Piedmontese classic cuisine.
