Mirko's menu is a deep dive into the bounty of the local waters, presented with a modern, creative touch. Cold appetizers read like a love letter to raw fish. The "Tartare allo scoglio" is a hand-chopped catch of the day seasoned with sea urchin eggs, bottarga, and algae. For a nostalgic twist, "90's will never die" reimagines the classic prawn cocktail with raw prawns, crispy salad, a kermes and basil mayo, and a hint of liquorice and prickly pear.

The pasta section showcases this creativity further. Look for "Zagara: la pasta del Marinaio" – black busiata pasta with bisque, prawns, ricotta, and citrus. Or try the "Coralli e conchiglie," a sauce elevated by seaweed, fish, sea urchins, and anemones. The kitchen also dedicates an entire section to a "macelleria di mare" – a sea butchery offering aged and matured catches sold by weight, including langoustines, lobster, and tuna.
