The story
Bluh Furore, the fine dining restaurant of the Furore Grand Hotel, sits immersed in the blue of the Amalfi Coast. Awarded a Michelin star in 2023 and reaffirmed in 2026, it is a destination for contemporary Mediterranean cuisine that is distinctly Campanian, sustainable, and seasonal.
The kitchen is led by chef Vincenzo Russo, under the mentorship of Enrico Bartolini. Their philosophy unites technique and memory, drawing from local ingredients and tradition. The gastronomic offering is structured around four tasting menus, each inspired by territory, roots, daily life, and respect for raw materials. A vegetarian option is also available.
Among the dishes, the menu “Amore e Furore” features grilled turbot with clams and lemon, while “Il Filo Bluh” presents a lemon soufflé with bread and almond. “Respiro della Terra” is a plant-focused journey, including a Montoro onion Wellington. The restaurant also offers a short “Sintesi d’Autore” menu for a curated three-act experience.
The setting is elegant casual, with a terrace overlooking the coast. The atmosphere is romantic and suited for special occasions, with attentive service and a vibrant energy. Bluh Furore embodies the hotel’s mission to be a true gastronomic destination on the Amalfi Coast, where each dinner becomes a memorable evening.
