The story
In the heart of Franciacorta, Vivilo brings together two distinct talents under one vision: a multisensory gastronomic experience that places excellence in hospitality at its core. The restaurant’s philosophy is clear – here, the territory goes hand in hand with fine dining, and every plate reflects a deep respect for local ingredients and the wines of the region.
Chef Lorenzo Tagliabue leads the kitchen. His path through fine dining brought him to Franciacorta, where his cooking expresses concreteness and a precise focus on raw materials. The result is a modern cuisine that pairs naturally with the estate’s wines, creating balance and celebrating the flavours of the area. Alongside him, Maestro Pasticcere Giovanni Cavalleri brings the legacy of Pasticceria Roberto, a celebrated pastry shop founded in 1981, into the savoury and sweet courses alike. Together with a talented team, they design gourmet experiences that feel both refined and rooted.
Vivilo’s approach is built on research, design, territory, familiarity, quality, emotion, and high-level pastry – a set of principles that guides every detail from the dining room to the plate. The atmosphere is one of understated elegance, where the surroundings of Corte Franca and the Franciacorta wine region add a sense of place.
The restaurant’s commitment to quality has earned it a Michelin Recommended distinction for 2026, a recognition that aligns with its pursuit of excellence in modern cuisine. Whether for lunch, dinner, or a private event, Vivilo offers a dining experience that is both sophisticated and genuinely welcoming.
