Vegetables, fruit and fish come from Ortofrutta Fabrizio Rela and Pescheria Gian e Lori, both in Genoa; fresh pasta from õ Puntinetto and Pastificio Morelli; olive oil from Frantoio Novella & Vignolo; and the Pandolce Genovese that becomes the base of their famous semifreddo from Biscottificio Grondona.
