The restaurant is part of a family-run hotel, but its kitchen stands on its own merits—led by chef Christian Pircher, who has earned repeated recognition for his creations. Pircher became the youngest starred chef in Alto Adige, and his work here continues to impress, earning the restaurant a Michelin recommendation.

The kitchen works exclusively with the freshest and finest ingredients, turning out refined dishes that follow the rhythm of the seasons. The cuisine is best described as classic yet seasonal—grounded in tradition but lightened by a modern touch. Guests can choose between two distinct settings: the Stube Osteria, a more casual wood-paneled room, and the Stube del Buongustaio, where the atmosphere is more formal. Both serve an à la carte menu alongside tasting menus of four or six courses. For those staying at the hotel, the half-board option includes a four-course dinner.
