The story
In the heart of Milan, on via Moscova, Pacifico brings a vibrant, cross-cultural energy to the city's dining scene. The restaurant draws its spirit from the Pacific coast, weaving together the culinary traditions of Peru and Japan—a Nikkei approach that is both precise and playful.
The team behind Pacifico Milan is also behind the celebrated Pacifico Rosemary in Porto Cervo, Sardinia. That original location, opened in 2019, revived the historic Rosemary restaurant, a fixture of the Costa Smeralda since 1969. In Milan, the same philosophy of "tradition and innovation" applies, translated through a lens of Asian fusion and Peruvian cuisine.
The menu centers on the ceviche, a signature dish that speaks to the kitchen's command of acidity and fresh seafood. Grilled dishes also feature prominently, reflecting the restaurant's name and its coastal inspiration. The bar program, or mixology, is treated with equal seriousness, offering a list of cocktails and aperitivos designed to complement the bold flavors of the food.
The atmosphere is contemporary and welcoming, with air conditioning for comfort and outdoor seating available for warmer evenings. Private dining rooms can be booked for events. Pacifico has earned a Michelin Recommended distinction, a recognition of its consistent quality and the skill of its kitchen. This is a place for a full evening—a dinner of bright, layered dishes, followed by a well-made drink in a setting that feels both cosmopolitan and grounded.
