The story
Roberto Di Pinto is a true Neapolitan. From a young age he nurtured a passion for cooking that took him through some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens. After leading the kitchen at the Bulgari Hotel in Milan, he settled in the city but kept his heart tied to Naples. At SINE, he has finally found his authentic expression—a place where tradition and innovation meet.
Di Pinto’s cooking is an exploration of identity, Neapolitan roots, and his own vision of what Italian contemporary cuisine can be. The Mediterranean quality of raw materials speaks of Naples, its history, and its sea. Traditional Neapolitan dishes are creatively and respectfully reinterpreted, enriched by techniques and influences from his international journey. Every dish celebrates the bond with the land while embracing the freedom to surprise.
The restaurant’s Michelin star recognizes a cuisine where passion meets excellence. The Saturday lunch offering—two courses, dessert, and a glass of wine for €99 per person—is a special opportunity to discover this Michelin-starred cooking in a lighter format.
For those who want to get closer, SINE offers a Kitchen Experience. Guests are seated just steps from the stoves, welcomed directly by the chef and his brigade. A personalized questionnaire sent before the visit allows the team to tailor the menu to individual tastes, needs, and preferences. It’s a private, bespoke dinner for two or three guests, designed to be intimate and unforgettable.
The restaurant can be booked for private events, with a private room for up to fourteen guests or the entire space for seated dinners or standing cocktail receptions. Outdoor seating is available, and four-legged friends are welcome. The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, with a dress code that simply asks guests to avoid overly casual clothing.
